Three Noodles, a service of Product Studio LLC, sends text messages to two groups: Customers who use Three Noodles Dashboard, and players who ask for game messages on a Customer Website. These terms explain what we send, how you opt in and out, and what it costs.
You receive texts only after you enter your mobile number and check a box agreeing to receive them, either in Three Noodles Dashboard or in a Three Noodles game. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Our first message confirms your enrollment and explains how to stop messages and get help.
Message frequency varies. Account messages are sent when you sign in or when something about your account needs your attention. Game messages depend on how often the games you follow are published.
Message and data rates may apply, according to your plan with your mobile carrier. Three Noodles does not charge for text messages.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages; we will send one message confirming you've been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. If you stop account messages, you may need another way to sign in to Three Noodles Dashboard.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We use your mobile number only to send the messages you asked for. We don't share or sell mobile numbers, opt-in information or consent to third parties for their own marketing. Text messages are sent through our messaging provider, Twilio. See the Three Noodles Privacy Policy for how we handle other data.
