At ThreeNoodles.com, we have a contact form where we collect the name and email address of those interested in utilizing the Three Noodles service. This information is used to distribute information about Three Noodles to prospective customers. We do not share this information with third parties, and people can unsubscribe by clicking on an opt-out link in email communications. Once opted-out, we no longer save user information or deliver emails to them. ThreeNoodles.com does not collect or store any other user information, makes no use of cookies or other tracking devices, and does not share collected information with third parties.

Three Noodles Dashboard

Three Noodles Dashboard is exclusively utilized by Three Noodles customers, who pay to use Three Noodles to enhance the experience on their website or digital property. Three Noodles Dashboard collects the names and email addresses of these customers. This information is exclusively used to provide notifications associated with service usage, and to communicate any important information related to the service itself. This information is not shared with any third parties, and this information is removed from our service system once a customer relationship ends. Three Noodles Dashboard utilizes cookies on a temporary basis, to enable authentication of logged-in users. These cookies are required for use of the dashboard; customers who do not with to utilize cookies cannot use Three Noodles Dashboard.

Three Noodles Widgets

Three Noodles Widgets are utilized by users on customer websites for the purposes of playing a game.

• Three Noodles Widgets may collect a username if entered by the user and if the feature is enabled by a Three Noodles Customer for a Customer Website. No other information about the user, or personally-identifiable information, is collected or saved.
• Three Noodles Widgets utilize the user's browser local storage for saving the game and related game content; a session identifier; and an anonymous user identifier. Three Noodles Customers may request that this information is not be stored in the user's browser, in which case Three Noodles Widgets store no data in the user's browser for that Customer Website.
• Three Noodles Widgets collect usage data associated with interacting with the widgets and playing the game, which may also include browser, operating system and device characteristics and IP address. This information is primarily needed to maintain the operations and security of our service, to provide game functionality, to provide aggregate system usage information, and to improve the overall quality of our service. We only collect the minimum amount of usage data required to achieve these objectives.
• This usage data may be associated with an anonymous user identifier generated by Three Noodles, and may also be associated with a user identifier provided by the Customer Website. The Customer Website User Identifier, Three Noodles Anonymous Identifier, and usage data may be shared with the Customer Website. This data is not shared with any other third-parties, unless we are legally required to release information.
• In some geographic locations, Customer Websites will seek permission from a user to utilize tracking technologies. Three Noodles Widgets will integrate with the Customer Webside to adhere to the user's consent, or lack of consent, for Three Noodles Widget data collection activities. Likewise, we work to help ensure that Customer Websites dislose to users all data collection performed by Three Noodles Widgets on Customer Websites as is legally required in certain juristictions.

Data Storage

We use Google Cloud Computing as our cloud hosting and storage provider, which we use to store and process all user-related data and information with appropriate security and technical safeguards. These servers are all housed in the United States, and so if you do not live in the United States, this data will be transferred to the U.S. For Three Noodles Dashboard users, name and email may be shared with Twilio, our email service provider, for the purposes of sending emails, and Slack, which we utilize for system monitoring and customer service requests. Data that relates to a specific Customer Website is stored for as long as the Three Noodles Customer remains a customer.

Minors

Our services are intended for people over the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data or market to children younger than 18. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent's use of Three Noodles. If we learn that information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will take reasonable measures to promptly delete usage data and the information provided by the user from our records. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under age 18, please contact us.

Questions or Requests

If you have utilized a Three Noodles Widget and have provided us with a username, you may request removal of your username and associated data from our system by contacting us and providing proof that you are associated with this username. You may similarly request access to the associated usage data, or request that Three Noodles Widgets no longer use local browser storage or collect usage data.
